Revision Policy

We offer revision services based on the package you choose. You are entitled to complimentary revisions at no extra cost, provided the initial concept and design remain unaltered. Revisions are typically completed within a standard timeframe of 48 hours.

Turnaround Time

Once a design concept has been approved, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, except in cases where the contract is terminated by the company for reasons not associated with a breach of contract by you. For more details on how to request a refund, please see the relevant section below.

Refund Policy

You have the right to request a full refund upon receipt of the initial concepts, with no restrictions. However, if you request modifications to the initial draft or approve the concept, our refund policy will no longer apply, and we will not be able to process any refund requests. Please ensure that you understand and agree to the refund terms outlined below upon signing up with us:

  • Initial Concept Approval: You may request a full refund upon receipt of the initial concepts, without restrictions. However, once you request modifications to or approve these concepts, the refund policy becomes void, and no refund requests will be entertained.
  • Service and Processing Fees: All refunds are subject to a 10% service and processing fee. Specific conditions apply based on the timing of the refund request:
    • Before Initial Draft: Full refund of the paid amount minus the 10% fee.
    • Within 48 Hours of Order Placement: 66% refund of the paid amount minus the 10% fee.
    • Between 48 to 120 Hours After Initial Design: 33% refund of the paid amount minus the 10% fee.
    • After 120 Hours: Refund requests are not accepted. Please contact our support team for any other inquiries or issues.
  • Post 30 Days of Inactivity: No refunds can be requested if no action is taken within 30 days of placing an order. Orders can be reinstated, but a reinstatement fee will apply.
  • After Final Delivery: No refunds will be provided after the final project files are delivered or once website development is deployed live.
  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted through our support department. We reserve the right to approve or reject requests based on each case’s merits.
  • Package Policy: This policy applies uniformly to both individual and custom package purchases. Refunds for part of a package can only be claimed during the initial design phase.
  • Reason for Refund: To request a refund, you must provide a valid reason that aligns with the initial brief and any feedback provided during revisions. Refunds will be considered only if the delivered design does not meet the outlined requirements.
  • Money-Back Guarantee: Our guarantee is contingent upon the good faith in which an order is placed. Engaging multiple companies for the same order to claim a refund is deemed disloyal and may lead to a refusal of the refund without further justification.
  • Client Involvement: Continuous feedback and involvement are crucial. Lack of involvement or justified reasons may lead to the inability to process a refund.
  • Design Uniqueness: We strive for unique designs. Any resemblance to existing designs should be addressed through revisions. We are not liable for any replication post-delivery and do not offer refunds or compensation for such instances. It is your responsibility to copyright your designs and branding.

However, if you opt not to use our hosting services, email accounts will not be provided. As the domain and hosting are offered at no cost, we are unable to process refunds for these services.

An email notification is sent once the design is accessible in your “My Account” area. The guidelines for revisions and refunds are strictly based on the delivery date and time noted in your order. Custom design orders are typically fulfilled within 5 to 7 days via email. For clients requiring expedited service, we provide a “Rush Delivery” option, which guarantees initial design drafts within 48 hours. Our customer support is available around the clock to assist with any inquiries or issues you may encounter.

Maintenance of Records

For your convenience and to ensure a record is kept, we retain a copy of the final design delivered to you. Should you need the working files at any later date, simply request them from us, and we will promptly provide them.
